The drug classes listed at DMAP Drug List  (pdf) have been reviewed and evaluated by the Health Resources Commission. 
 
Medicaid eligible drugs in the same class and not listed at this site can be prescribed using the exception process described in the Oregon Health Plan Pharmaceutical Services Guide.
Note:(**)This drug represents the benchmark drug in the class.
