IMMUNIZATIONS and VACCINES

 

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2008, some OPDP pharmacies will offer Immunizations and Vaccines (I&V) to OPDP members. Please see the list below of the pharmacies and which I&V they are offering.  The list is sorted by type of I&V and then by city for your convenience. 

 

GROUP MEMBERS:  If you belong to a group, the vaccinations covered are dependent upon your benefits.  Your benefit may not cover the entire list below.  For a complete list of vaccines or for any questions call ODS 866-923-0411 .
