The Public Health Division is committed to supporting safe health care for all Oregonians.

 

Vision: Patients in Oregon are safe in all interactions with the health care delivery system.

 

Mission: To provide leadership, information and skills, support and resources to health care providers and patients so that they can ensure patient safety
