The Health Record Bank of Oregon (HRB Oregon) will provide a secure exchange of current medical information for Oregon Health Plan clients. Breakdowns in communication between providers, as well as between provider and patient, are a leading cause of medical errors. HRB Oregon's goal is to improve the communication of patient information among providers, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of each medical visit for OHP clients and providers.
