Topics of discussion
The Health Record Bank of Oregon project team has drafted a conceptual plan and work schedule for the project for review by a small Advisory Committee comprised of persons knowledgeable in health systems and health.

• The committee will meet with the project team in Portland October 28 to review the plan and discuss adjustments.
• The committee will convene a second meeting on November 18 to address the plan, receive limited public oral and written input, and make final recommendations.
